Physiatry Group
Medrina is a physiatry group that partners with skilled nursing facilities and inpatient rehab facilities to address challenges in post-acute rehabilitation. They also offer services such as PDPM reimbursement support and chronic care management.
The Challenge
Medrina was struggling to communicate the value of Medrina 360 to their customers, which included chronic care management and PDPM support. Because the PDPM support leveraged AI software, potential customers were distrustful of the product. Their primary goal was to increase customer retention and capture new market share.
The Strategy
We created a campaign that focused on a personified character – CARIE (Clinical Assistant and Reimbursement Improvement Engine) – to educate customers on the value of AI with human support.
The Solution
Because Medrina wanted to execute the campaign concept internally, we built out the CARIE campaign and created an implementation guide that included a 6-week schedule, talking points, suggestions for integrating the campaign into digital marketing, and recommendations for customer "thank you" gifts.
