Since 1988, Ginger Cove has been Annapolis' only true Life-Care Community. Their upscale campus offers beautifully appointed independent living apartments and higher levels of care as needed. Residents enjoy upscale amenities and activities that help them live their best lives.
The Challenge
Ginger Cove's primary goal was to set itself apart in the marketplace as Annapolis' only true Life-Care Community. They wanted to attract affluent seniors in the area and keep their waitlist full.
The Strategy
We created a campaign that focused on Ginger Cove's amenities, activities, and close proximity to Annapolis and Gingerville Creek.
The Solution
We leveraged our campaign messaging and visuals throughout various channels, including their website, branded, lifestyle-focused organic and paid social media, regular blogs, and emails to prospects and current waitlist members. We also suggested ideas for monthly marketing events and promoted them via direct mail.
